In December, the Jacksonville City Council unanimously approved a Local Landmark designation for the iconic Arlington Federal Savings & Loan building on University Boulevard North.
Property owners within the Renew Arlington CRA, must come into compliance with the Zoning Overlay’s new fencing, landscaping, and signage standards by April 28, 2025.
