History
Old Arlington Inc. (OAI) was formed in 1993 to document and preserve Arlington’s rich history. OAI partnered with the City of Jacksonville in commissioning the first survey of historic structures and published the companion, Arlington, A New History.
Historical Markers
The stories and history of Arlington residents from the early 1800s to today are documented in 23 historic markers sponsored by OAI and Comcast, located throughout Arlington.
