Lake Lucina Plot Map

From Cleve Powell O. Roy Dickson and his wife platted lots along the south bank of the lake ( next to his home) PB19 pg. 54. Then Cessery and Liddell platted the two you have 22-35 unit one and 22-49 unit two. then 22-84 unit 3, 2-18 unit 4 and 23-85 unit 5. I didn't find a unit 6 but that doesn't mean there wasn't one. All of these lands are in the east half of sec. 9, Township 2 south range 27 east. The center of the section north and south is University Boulevard. the center of section 9 east and west splits lake Lucina so that the area south of the center from university 1320 feet east was Homsteaded by Champlin in 1882 and platted as Eggleston pb 1 pg 75 in 1888 and went to the center of the lake on the north which showed the lakes name as Lucina. Part of Eggleston was replated by Dickson and Cessery. the S. 1/2 of the East1/2 of the south part of sec. 9 East of Eggleston was homesteaded by Paine in 1882 and platted as Paine's addition to Eggleston but I don't think Lake Lucina subdivision actually goes that far south. At this point I can't find who homesteaded the area north of Paine up to the center of the lake east of Eggleston. The area north of the center of the lake to Merrill and from university east 1320 feet was homesteaded by James Wilson in 1875 and the next 1320 feet east of Wilson was reportedly homestead by the Heirs of Samuel anderson in 1885. I have deeds for the first three but haven't been able to find a copy of the Anderson deed on line for that parcel I have a deed for him for another paarcel near Mill Creek road. I'll send the other plats latter so it doesn't take so long to open.
